Yes. Use the booking calculator to add each service you need and we'll co-ordinate the scheduling. Exterior services (roof, gutters, house wash) are typically done together in the morning, and carpet cleaning in the afternoon of the same day or the next morning — we'll confirm what works best when we have your booking details.
We always treat the roof first, then clear the gutters, then wash the exterior walls. This way any debris that comes down during the roof or gutter work gets washed off the house walls in the final step. Carpet cleaning is always done last (or on a separate day) to avoid tracking anything through freshly cleaned rooms.
Not for exterior services. For roof treatment, gutter cleaning and house washing, as long as we have access to all sides of the property you don't need to be present. For carpet cleaning we'll need access to the interior, so either you or a keyholder needs to be available.
September and October are ideal — summer is over, tree pollen season has passed, and you're heading into winter with a clean exterior that won't have to fight the worst of the wet season. August also works well. Late autumn (April–May) is the second-best window before the heavy rain season. We operate year-round so there's no off-season — just book when it suits you.
