Which tier for a bond clean? If the carpets have stains, odours (pets, cooking) or haven’t been cleaned during the tenancy, choose Premium — it includes stain removal, deodorising, sanitising and carpet protector. If carpets were maintained during the tenancy, Standard (pre-vacuum, pre-spray and hot water extraction) is usually enough to satisfy a final inspection.

Every end of lease clean covers all carpeted bedrooms, a standard-size lounge, hallway and stairs. We pre-vacuum, treat high-traffic lanes and apply hot water extraction across every carpeted area. With Premium we also spot-treat stains, deodorise and sanitise — the difference that matters when a property has had pets or the carpet is holding smells. Extra living areas (dining, rumpus, family room) are quoted separately, so mention them in your booking notes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long before the final inspection should I book?
Book the clean for after your furniture is out and before the inspection — ideally 1–3 days before. Carpets need 2–6 hours to dry fully, so don’t schedule the clean the same hour as the walkthrough.
Do you guarantee my bond back?
No company can honestly guarantee a bond refund — the bond covers the whole property, not just carpets. What we provide is a professional hot water extraction clean and an invoice as evidence, which is what tenancy agreements ask for.
Can you remove pet stains and odours?
Our Premium clean includes stain removal, deodorising and sanitising, which handles most pet-related issues. Old stains that have set into the underlay can’t always be fully removed — we’ll tell you honestly on the day what’s achievable.
Do I need to be there?
No. As long as we can access the property (lockbox, agent, or neighbour with a key), we can complete the clean and send you the invoice and completion photos.
