Just make sure the area around the indoor unit is clear and there’s easy access. If you have a ducted system with multiple return air grilles, it helps to know where they are. That’s it — we handle everything else.
Will the service fix my heat pump if it’s not working properly?
A service resolves the most common causes of poor performance — dirty filters, blocked drainage, clogged coils. If there’s an underlying mechanical or refrigerant issue, we’ll identify it in the service report and let you know. Repairs and refrigerant recharging are quoted separately.
How long will it take?
Most single highwall units take 45–60 minutes. Twin units are around 90 minutes. Ducted systems vary depending on the number of outlets and access — usually 60–90 minutes.
